Refund Policy

We process orders immediately upon submission. You may request a cancellation after your order was placed, however, and we will issue a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. We offer a 30 days, no questions asked, full refund policy. Processing times may vary, once we begin to process your order and submitted the application on your behalf, your order cannot be cancelled (even when a refund is issued).

In the event that a cancellation request is received within 30 days after the order(s) was/were made, a full refund will be issued. We strive to provide you with the best and fastest services possible, and therefore have a full no questions asked refund policy. Alongside, if processing has begun and an application was submitted to a respective government agency, but your order was not completed and not issued on their behalf, we will issue 100% of the price paid for the service.

If the order was placed already, rendering the order to be completed, and 30 days have passed, only then a refund option will not be made available. However, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your order and are here to service your request.

All refunds are process to the original mode of payment used to purchase the service. In the event that card was blocked, lost, stolen or any problems with the card, refer to refund processes of your financial institution for lost, stolen and block cards.
